DSEAR Assessments

We are based in Milford Haven, on the waterway itself. We carry out DSEAR risk assessments and hazardous area classification across the county and the wider UK, and fire risk assessments across Pembrokeshire under a separate arm.

Credentials and insurance

Qualifications, professional memberships and insurance certificates are supplied on request for pre-qualification. Ask when you enquire and they come back with the quote.

Who does the assessment

Andrew Rogers is a qualified health and safety and fire risk professional with over 20 years’ experience working in high-risk environments, including COMAH-regulated sites and major construction projects such as Hinkley Point C. Through Vulcan Risk Management he provides independent fire risk assessments, DSEAR assessments and health and safety compliance support to businesses throughout the UK.

Andrew Rogers CertIOSH, MIFSM, SIRM. Qualifications: NVQ Level 6 Occupational Health & Safety, NEBOSH National General Certificate, NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety, Level 3 DSEAR qualification. CertIOSH, MIFSM and SIRM are held by Andrew personally, not the company.
